slow cooked veg and lentil curry in a tomato based sauce

served with couscous

 

Menu 3 –

leafy mixed salad with honey mustard yoghurt dressing

roast vegetable skewers with a sweet chilli and soya sauce

potato bake with cheese and ground almond topping

pear and frangipane tart
